Many of these agents claim that the habit of lighting up of a cigarette during free time not only increases their social sphere but also lessen their anxiety and work related stressors.

However, we all know the negative effects of cigarettes to the lungs and body of a smoker. For one, the smoke coming from the cigarettes passes through our respiratory system. This smoke is a combination of impure particles which we allow to reach our lungs and attach to our bronchioles. A gradual and significant blocking of the smoke in the linings of the bronchioles would lessen the amount of oxygen exchanged between, which causes us to have difficulty in breathing.

Alcohol

After work shift hours, one of the usual stress release methods of agents is to go to the local hangout place and have a round or two of alcoholic drinks. This happens especially when salaries have been doled out. However, when alcohol is excessively ingested, could damage the liver. The liver is mans natural fat and alcohol synthesizer. An excessive alcohol load on the liver to synthesize in frequency may cause the liver to malfunction or lead to alcohol induced cirrhosis.

These three things are the main culprits in lessening the health status of call center agents. Good physical fitness in this concept would entail being able to say no or lessen these three culprits. Staying in the call center industry is technically a tedious and health taxing job to undergo, especially due to the high demand of work. Nevertheless, substitutes for these may come on the form of healthy fruit juice, or any other healthy food. It is a matter of initiative and choice for one to good physical fitness when faced with a situation.

These entire situations give a blow to the industry chain. For the long term, this disaster will change the structure of the Japanese aluminum electrolytic capacitor industry deeply. The places which have suffered from unclear radiation will be closed for a long time or even forever, and then the manufacturers should move the industry chain outward.

Third is the resistance. It is reported that three factories of the Murata had left off work. Time is needed to calculate the loss. These factories are hard to recover to the original condition. Forth is the protection components. The factories of the protection components are not located in the north of Tokyo, so the earthquake has a little influence on it. Besides, the protection components are not accurate. The capacity will not be hindered if the devices are not broken. All in all, the influence brought by the earthquake is limited. In January-May 2011, the accumulative sales volume of excavators in China grew by 36% YOY; that of bulldozers grew by 21% YOY; that of loaders grew by 21% YOY. It has been an indisputable fact that the construction machinery industry has slowed down.

Although China’s construction machinery industry still has favorable prospects in 2011, the decline in growth rate is an inevitable trend. The main reason for the decline in prosperity of some products in the industry lies in credit crunch, whose influence on the industry is mainly reflected in 2 aspects: first, the downstream demand of the industry will be influenced. Construction of some projects under construction has decelerated due to credit crunch, and operation of projects which were originally planned to be operated has been delayed; second, the marketing efforts of enterprises will be influenced. In 2011 Q1, various construction machinery enterprises successively made more marketing efforts and increased the proportions of financial leasing and installment payment so as to seize market shares. Since April, some enterprises have enhanced risk control and decreased the proportion of credit sales.

In 2011, the global economy recovered gradually and the demand for construction machinery increased. The external demand will still grow, directly driving the construction machinery export market especially for the construction engineering machinery manufacturing industry. Although the base of global economic recovery is unstable, the situation of favorable global economy will be unchanged in 2011. The export environment of China’s construction machinery will continue improving and the export value is predicted to be resumed to the record high of 2008.
